Please read carefully. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReMobiler India. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Definitions

"Company" means ReMobiler India, registered at Prerna Tower, Shil Road, Diva, Thane, Maharashtra – 400612.

"Website" means remobiler.com and all associated subdomains.

"User" / "You" means any individual or entity accessing or using our Website or services.

"B2B Dealer" means a registered wholesale or dealer account approved by the Company.

"Order" means a confirmed purchase request submitted by the User via the Website, email, or phone.

"Products" means any goods listed for sale on the Website, including electronics, fans, smart appliances, and accessories.

"Services" means procurement assistance, dealer support, GeM assistance, and after-sales support offered by the Company.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age or acting on behalf of a registered legal entity.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • Will comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
  • Specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.
  • Product availability is subject to stock and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Refurbished or pre-owned products are clearly marked and sold "as is" unless stated otherwise.
  • For bulk or B2B orders, specifications are confirmed at the time of quotation and may differ from website listings.

Pricing & Payment

  • GST Inclusive: All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • B2B Pricing: Dealer and bulk pricing is quoted separately and is subject to written confirmation.
  • Price Changes: Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is fixed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept UPI, NEFT, RTGS, credit/debit cards via Razorpay, and bank transfer for B2B orders.
  • Advance Payment: For custom, bulk, or government orders, 50–100% advance may be required before processing.
  • Currency: All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders & Cancellation

Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email/message from ReMobiler India. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Cancellation by Buyer: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, cancellations may attract a processing fee of up to 5% of the order value.

Cancellation by ReMobiler: We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or fraud suspicion. A full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Custom & Bulk Orders: Once production or procurement is initiated, custom/bulk orders cannot be cancelled. Partial cancellations are at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery within 5–10 business days. Expedited options available on request.
  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000. Below ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge applies as shown at checkout.
  • Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the logistics partner.
  • Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is returned undelivered due to wrong address or non-availability, re-delivery charges apply.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
  • Bulk Orders: Delivery timelines for bulk/B2B orders are agreed upon at order confirmation and may differ from standard.

Warranty

  • Brand Warranty: Products carry the warranty as specified by the original manufacturer. Warranty periods vary by product and are stated on the product page.
  • ReMobiler Warranty (where applicable): Our own-brand products (e.g., ReMobiler BLDC Fans) carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Warranty Claims: Contact us at support@remobiler.com with proof of purchase and a description/photo of the defect. We will guide you through the process.
  • Refurbished Products: Carry a 3–6 month warranty unless stated otherwise.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

  • Not use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its servers.
  • Not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information including fake GST numbers or addresses.
  • Not resell our products below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) without our written consent.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, blog articles, and software — is the property of ReMobiler India or its content licensors and is protected by Indian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission. Product names and trademarks of third-party brands belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ReMobiler India shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use our Website or products.
  • Third-party actions, courier delays, or force majeure events.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, individuals without GST can place orders. However, for B2B dealer accounts and GST invoices, a valid GSTIN is required.
If tracking shows no delivery and you haven't received the product, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and either reship or refund.
Yes, with an approved B2B dealer account. Reselling without dealer registration or below our MAP is prohibited.
