Technical & Product Usage

2. Mount the fan canopy bracket on the ceiling hook/box.
3. Connect L (live), N (neutral) and Earth wires as per the wiring diagram in the manual.
4. Install the remote receiver module in the canopy.
5. Attach the fan blades to the motor.
6. Restore power and pair the remote per the instructions.
We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for installation.
- Loose blade screws: tighten all blade arm screws.
- Canopy mounting loose: re-secure the ceiling mounting.
- Blade wobble: check blade balance and alignment.
- Bearing issue: contact warranty support if noise persists after checking the above.
1. Place earbuds in case and close lid for 10 seconds, then open.
2. On your phone, remove/forget the device from Bluetooth settings.
3. Put earbuds in pairing mode (hold touch area until LED flashes).
4. Reconnect via your phone's Bluetooth menu.
If the issue persists, contact the brand's support centre or our team.
- Do not let the battery fully discharge for extended periods.
- If the fan will not be used for more than 30 days, charge the battery fully before storage.
- Avoid exposing the fan to extreme temperatures.
- The battery capacity may reduce over 2–3 years — this is normal and covered under warranty during the 1-year period.
