Get Approval
We'll review your request within 24β48 hours and send a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
Pack & Ship
Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available). Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number on the package.
We Receive & Inspect
Once we receive the return, we'll inspect the product within 2β3 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
Refund or Replacement
Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 business days. Replacements are dispatched within 3β5 business days of approval.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be returned within 15 days of delivery date.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
- Return must be approved by our team before shipping (no unauthorised returns accepted).
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included in the original order must be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened/used electronic earbuds or in-ear devices (hygiene reasons)
- Installed ceiling fans with signs of use
- Software, digital products, or subscriptions
- Products without original packaging, serial numbers removed or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or liquid exposure
- Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Custom engraved, branded, or personalised products
- Refurbished items beyond the 7-day defect window
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please:
- 1Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- 2Email us at support@remobiler.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- 3Include your order number and attach the photos in the email.
Warranty Claims
For products within the warranty period that develop manufacturing defects:
- 1. Contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
- 2. Our team will diagnose the issue remotely or request the product be sent for inspection.
- 3. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
- 4. Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage, misuse, or damage caused by incompatible accessories.
For third-party brand products (e.g., boAt, Samsung, Apple), warranty claims must be processed through the respective brand's service centre. We can assist you with contact details.
Refund Timeline
Return Received
We receive and log your return shipment.
Inspection Complete
Item inspected and return approved or rejected within 2β3 business days.
Refund Processed
Refund credited to original payment method within 7β10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary. UPI refunds typically reflect faster than card refunds. Bank transfer refunds for B2B orders may take up to 5 additional business days.
Replacement Process
Replacements are offered when:
- The product received is defective or damaged on arrival.
- The wrong product was shipped.
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period.
Replacement Timeline:
- Stock Available: Replacement dispatched within 3β5 business days of return approval.
- Out of Stock: You will be offered a full refund or store credit.
- B2B/Bulk Orders: Replacement timelines are negotiated separately.

Cancellation Policy
- Within 24 Hours of Order: Full cancellation with no charges.
- After 24 Hours (Before Dispatch): Cancellation allowed but may attract a 2β5% processing fee.
- After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled. You must initiate a return after delivery.
- Custom/Bulk Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production/procurement begins.
