Sound is good but bass could be stronger for my taste. It's okay, took a few days to get the fit right. Average product overall, nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. Just okay overall, does what it needs to.

Connectivity issues right out of the box, had to reset multiple times. Charging case doesn't always register properly, had to fiddle with the placement. Reached out to support about it, still waiting to hear back.
