Decent smartwatch for the price but the companion app could use some polish. App could use a redesign, functional but not the most intuitive. Just okay overall, does what it needs to.

Health tracking is okay but I wouldn't rely on it for accuracy. Fine for basic tracking, wouldn't recommend for serious fitness use. Good enough as an everyday watch, not something a fitness enthusiast would rely on.
