Cancellation and Replacement Policy

At ReMobiler, we value our customers and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. While we strive to deliver only the best quality products, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to cancel or replace an item.

This Cancellation and Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and replacements are accepted.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 2–3 days of placing the order.

  • Once the product has been shipped or dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email or phone before the order is processed for shipment.

  • Cancellation is subject to approval and confirmation from ReMobiler.


2. No Refund Policy

  • ReMobiler does not provide refunds for any orders once confirmed or shipped.

  • Instead, customers are eligible for a replacement if the product meets the replacement criteria mentioned below.

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved due to unavoidable circumstances (such as stock unavailability), the amount will be credited within 3–4 working days via the original payment method.


3. 7-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for eligible products in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.

  • The item is different from what was ordered (wrong model, color, or specification).

Conditions for Replacement:

  • You must report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Replacement will be initiated only after inspection and verification of the returned product.

  • Products found to be mishandled, damaged, or used beyond reasonable testing will not be eligible for replacement.


4. Non-Replacement Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Items damaged due to improper use, physical damage, or unauthorized repair.

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Products without original packaging or missing components.

  • Consumable or hygiene-related items (e.g., earphones, wearable straps) once unsealed.


5. Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center directly for repairs or service claims.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to cancellations, replacements, or transactions shall be governed by the laws of India, and will fall under the jurisdiction of Thane, Maharashtra.
